There was not an expectation set for a 30 minute wait after out original appointment time before we were seen by a physician. When who I assume the allergist entered, he did not introduce himself. Next, I was told these would be scratches on my child's back, and these were definitely pokes that were administered. The people who interacted with my child were cold and not at all understanding that this was a child in a situation he was anxious about and then, after the unexpected pokes were administered, in pain. I asked the tech to show him the form she was using to measure the reactions and she waved it at my face, then sucked her teeth and said the dr would be back. The final tech, who was to clean his back and apply cream, was informed my child was not going to allow another stranger to touch him, also was annoyed and slapped a cotton ball into my hand then shoved cotton swabs with cream on it into my hands with no explaination as to what was on either. While all patients may not be children, some are and the manner in which they and their parents are treated is atrocious. In all, if more treatment is required I will be seeking any other allergist in the area as this practice seems un-interested in CARING for patients.
