  The doctors are great. The front desk is so slow and inconsiderate. I'm always met with no greeting or explanation for the wait when I m the only person standing and waiting to check in or out. After my son's appointment I had a question about his prescription. The front desk picked up and I said hello and started to give the reason for my call, mid way she stops me and says hold on. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD BECAUSE IT WAS LUNCH TIME!! So rude. I had a simple question and she put me on hold and went to lunch. Disgusting.
