  This is actually my favorite urgent care to go to. Any little thing i am such in a rush to come here, the workers are so nice and helpful they also get you in and out visits are so fast i hate to even leave lol. but Thank you Christie and Bailey for the nice experience that you guys always give while this time i am dealing with a dog bite thank you and i will be back!

  The staff here was absolutely wonderful, kind, and courteous. Dr Ji is an amazing doctor who helped me figure out what was wrong even after multiple visits to my PCP with no answers about my joint pain other than " you have arthritis". I had seen him at the Cary location before they closed and he was wonderful there as well. He listens! The X-ray tech Christie was so kind also.

  I went in for a DOT physical and had a great experience. The staff—Ji, Tia, and Christie were polite, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everything was handled efficiently, and I didn’t have to wait long. The process was smooth and well-organized. Thank you for the excellent service—I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this location to others.

  It was not good. I went on workman comp referral. So. You know who they are for regardless of your situation. Let's start with the receptionist. She was not friendly greeter at all. Now, you are already feeling unwelcome. The sends in her trainer to examine me. I was in a car accident with complaints, of a teacher neck and back hurting. I was asked a few questions by her and she barely examine me. My blood pressure was sky high. Then the doctor came in to tell me to go back to work as the same day as my doctor visit. I don't understand. However I am not a doctor, but it just don't seem right. Blood pressure ski high, complaining pain and she write ony paper to return to work the same day. Then prescribe me with muscle relaxer and told me to take them at night. The muscle relaxer were 5 milligrams. It didn't do a thing. She told me she wanted to see back on Monday.

  When I fell down the stairs this morning, the last thing I expected was to run into such down-to-earth and professional healthcare providers during my visit to AFC Urgent Care Raleigh Midtown. I had a great experience here and wanted to give a big shoutout to Brooklyn and Bailey. From the moment I walked in, they made everything feel easy, comfortable, and welcoming. You can tell right away they genuinely care about the people they’re helping. What stood out most was how they balanced professionalism with a very personable approach. They were attentive, thorough, and made sure I understood everything that was going on, while also creating a relaxed, low-stress environment. It honestly didn’t feel like a typical urgent care visit — it felt like I was being taken care of by people who actually enjoy what they do and take pride in it. They took their time, didn’t rush me, and made sure I left feeling confident about everything. Thanks to their attentiveness and professionalism, I’ll be back to work and my regular routine in no time with a speedy recovery ahead. That kind of experience is rare, especially in urgent care settings. If you’re coming here, you’re in great hands — especially with Brooklyn and Bailey. I’d definitely recommend this location.
