  I made an appointment for primary care here after expressing to a previous doctor at the same location, that I had serious concerns about my health and I was very scared. They told me not to go to a hospital, and they assured me that coming here and seeing a particular doctor was going to help me and get me the referrals I need to deal with the extreme pain that I have been in. So I made an appointment. I left work early and hurried over just to watch other walk-ins get put ahead of me and sit around for hours being ignored. I ended up leaving because I believe my health deserves better attention than this. I literally had tears in my eyes when I walked out with no help and no answers for something that is extremely painful and scary. Huge failure by this so-called health professional team. Fair warning to anybody else who thinks that going here is going to help you when you’re in pain and scared.

  First time at this urgent care location and the ENTIRE STAFF was Amazing. Front desk lady was very helpful when I called ahead and had questions. The Medical Assistant that took Vitals and pre information was very nice, easy going and attentive. My Provider Dr. ZACK was the best. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the issue that occurred. I knew and felt he cared about his patients and their wellbeing. Overall a great experience and I didnt have to wait long for my same day appointment.

  Always under staffed. Website says they do Drug Screens and Breathalyzers testing but they never have any one on staff to do the job sending my employees on wild goose chases running around the city trying to find a efficient location to get their test done. In the last month there has been over 10 different occasions where they send our drivers back saying they don't have to provide the services.

  The whole team at AFC Urgent Care was great. Kind, competent, helpful and approachable. After my visit (for respiratory infection) I receive an easy-to-understand full laboratory report identifying viruses not present , the virus that caused the infection, and the organism responsible For the secondary bacterial infection. This is a lab report superior to any I have previously received from a visit of this kind. I judge this to be a superior level of medical care compared to what is common, and better than the level of care than I have personally experienced at any Urgent Care facility (the majority of which have been quite good). Kudos to your leadership. Such levels of performance require super strong teams and healthy leadership. This is a cut above!

  I visited this urgent care today, and overall the medical service itself was fine. However, I had a very uncomfortable experience in the waiting area. Another patient came very close to me with her phone, and I believe she may have taken a photo or video of me without my consent. I was not causing any disturbance and was simply waiting to be seen. What concerned me even more was that the front desk staff did not intervene or address the situation. Patient privacy and safety should be taken seriously in a healthcare setting. If the roles were reversed, I believe it would have been handled very differently. I would strongly encourage the clinic to be more attentive to situations like this and to ensure that all patients feel safe and respected while they are there. This experience left me very uncomfortable.
