I had a great first time experience at the Pineville location. I was immediately greeted and assisted. Mitchell efficiently ordered my eyeglasses and answered any questions I had.

We had to exchange my new glasses for a pair that didn’t slip down my nose. They tried to fix that but nothing seemed to work! They exchanged the glasses and I got a different brand. Paid the difference between the two( matter of a few dollars). Mitch did a great job for me. The lady that greeted me this time was very pleasant and told me they could work with me. Mitch once again did a good job!!

There’s something wrong with the people that work here …. Absolutely no reason why a customer should be ignored for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. A customer who knew exactly what they wanted and was ready to check out but was told “no one can help you right now” while they helped everyone else….. not even a “ sorry we’ll be right with you”. The workers here lack customer service skills and it really shows…. It was very rude to make a customer feel like they don’t matter. This is the second time this happened at this location. Decide to give them a second chance the first time it happened, but happening again? Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior from this location. Will happily go to a different location

I went to the eye doctor for the first time and I was extremely nervous — so nervous that I was honestly a little forgetful. I just knew I needed glasses because I’m in front of a screen almost 13 hours a day and my eyes have been feeling so weary. From the moment I walked in, my worries started to fade. Ms. Alicia and Ms. Sadie were absolutely amazing. They helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and even took the time to track down my insurance, saving me over $600 on my very first visit. They truly went the extra mile — making sure I received a full refund from Accu and clearly explaining what to expect next. That level of care and attention meant so much to me. My heart is full knowing there are such incredible people working there. First time… and it was the best experience ❤️

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
