I had two teeth that caused me immense pain, turns out I needed two root canals. Dr Corcoran was a pretty cool dude, knowledgeable and efficient. Both procedures took roughly an hour and a half and turned out well.
Unfortunately, they are out of touch with insurance companies, so you will be paying a hefty sum upfront. Additionally, the employee who handles the transactions does not know much about insurances nor can she draw up an estimate.

Great experience. After a week of excruciating pain, I ended up needing an emergency root canal and they fit me in next day - even during holiday season. My last root canal took 2 hours and was super painful. Dr. Corcoran made it seamless; no pain and done in less than 30 mins. The assistants’ were just as good. Very nice and welcoming and flowed effortlessly with the Endodontist. Couldn’t believe how easy it was. And yes, there are pricey and it sucks they are out of network for all insurances. However, my last root canal was in network and was nearly traumatizing. So… you get what you pay for. Dr. Corcoran and his team are really the best in the county. I won’t be going into the holidays with agonizing tooth pain thanks to them.

I was well taken care of at this practice from start to finish. My root canal retreatment (from a prior procedure 17 years ago) was comfortably, efficiently, and quickly accomplished with no discomfort whatsoever (I was out the door within an hour of appointment time!). Both Dr Corcoran and his assistant, Frankie, are warm and caring, very receptive to questions and they continually check in to ensure patient comfort. The standard of care here is very high and the office itself is clean, attractive, and with a relaxing and lovely courtyard view. I wasted a lot of time worrying about this procedure, completely unnecessarily…don’t be like me!! Thank you Pinehurst Endodontics for the excellent care!
