- LGLisa GrantFeb 24, 20211.0I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy! They are not timely in any means. I have one prescription, synthroid. It is a very commonly prescribed medication. I submitted a refill request on Sunday and was told they needed to contact the provider for a refill as I was out of refills. Received a message from Harris teeter that my prescription would be ready on Wednesday. The pharmacy calls me at 4:45 on Wednesday (my dr. Office is now closed) asking me for the contact info for the provider. Tell me my prescription will be ready on Tuesday (today is Wednesday). I am out of pills and they had no solution to the matter.
- PTPaul ThompsonMay 11, 20202.0Walgreens will help the elderly by getting items from the store for the drive through if you call ahead to protect them from covid exposure- Harris Teeter will not. Food Lion delivery is available on the same day- Harris Teeter can take up to a week - very poor service for the community of many elderly people who support your store - you should be doing more to serve them at this time and reduce their exposure to others. Shame on you Harris Teeter- I will be shopping at other stores even after this crisis now.
