- MLMay LeeJan 26, 20262.0Wish they would have email or change their automatic answering to let customer know that they are closed for Monday, Jan 26. I totally understand the closure but not notifying a new client who had scheduled to come in is poor customer service. I called and didn’t get anyone on the phone. The road seems fine so I drove here to find out they were closed. It would be nice to have some communication. I will update my review once I tried it but not very good first impression.
- NNNadineJan 12, 20263.0Later post on my experience - loved the classes. Sue’s are basically a mat class. Holly gives great instruction and actually utilizes the reformer. Everyone was nice enough. Seems like they’re geared toward an older crowd based on the music/vibe. Super pricey, too - I wish they offered a contract for a lower price. Just my experience!

SEVERAL notable inconsistencies and what is consider to be fraudulent and deceptive billing practices, from the way memberships are handled to the lack of accountability in communication, the experience left me frustrated, disappointed and most importantly like I wasted money. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a studio that values integrity and customer care. PLEASE DO NOT GET SWINDLED INTO A CONTRACT. PLEASE READ THROUGHLY!!!!!
- KMKatherine MarshSep 18, 20255.0I love Club Pilates! It has been everything I’ve wanted and needed with a strength training workout. Each teacher is knowledgeable and classes are always different. As a person with bilateral knee replacements, the instructors have been wonderful to augment movements which allows me to complete each movement and receive the best out of each workout. The different leveled classes are perfect also. There is no expectation of perfection but for you to understand that there is constant growth and development. Join. You’ll love it..
