Worst experience I’ve had at an urgent care! Ashley had a very nasty attitude. She should not be working with patients or be in the healthcare field period! She even cussed in front of my child. The Dr was nice though.

Pressured into giving a 5 star review by the “doctor” or whoever actually saw me themselves. I went in a few months ago for UTI, they gave me the wrong strand of antibiotics and I had to go to Duke Urgent Care in Durham instead, they actually found out what was wrong over there. They don’t care about treating the problem just getting their 5 stars! SMH.

I’m not Bobby. He is my step son. I’m Denise champion. My experience was awesome. I signed in. they took the first guy back in a few minutes and then they took me back. I was in there no time. everybody was so friendly. She ordered my medicine. Within less than 35 minutes 40 minutes it was ready at my pharmacy.I was really pleased with how fast she called it in and I got it .amazing. I would definitely go there again. I recommend this place to other. definitely better than a whole day at the ER all I can say I definitely will be back if need be

It would be in your best interest to keep driving. I didn't really care for the sign in kiosk with no one up front. I feel for those who aren't tech savvy, that's not even okay to put them through that amongst needing medical attention. You can hear conversations while waiting to be seen. Can't just give them a call, you wait and no one answers. The provider prescribes my child something that isn't covered through insurance and she never addresses the issue with pharmacy and when talking with her she asks my husband what does he think she should prescribe. I have absolutely never heard of this before. Mind you, all of this is going on and we're waiting for a prescription to pick up the day before the snowstorm when it should have been fixed the day before. Never again!
