  I had an appointment with this location for 2 weeks, on the day of the appointment only 3 hours before the appointment they called me to inform me my appointment would need to be rescheduled 3 weeks away. Extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER consider putting my health into the hands of people who can’t even manage their own time.

  We LOVE our doctor at this facility. She is the sweetest woman on earth and we adore her. But the office staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. "Paula" was very combative with us when it's their billing department that is making mistakes. They have continued to try and bill our children through insurance they do not have. I have spoken with their billing department, our insurance, the children's insurance and the staff at the Pediatric office. We unfortunately had to deal with "Paula" who was very dismissive, combative, and rude. When I tried to get her information so that I could contact the billing department to have them contact her about the billing issue that was occurring she flat out refused to give it to me. When I said she wasn't be very helpful she said I was getting an attitude with her. We are simply trying to resolve their billing issue and she made the experience very personal and unpleasant. We will find another healthcare provider for our children which is unfortunate because we love the Doc! But we cannot deal with such unprofessional and rude support staff.

  Have been coming here for the past 2 years and the staff is very welcoming. They are always quick to get you in to your appointment so that you don't have to wait so long and I've been late a few times and they've worked it out so that my child could still be seen. I really appreciate their efforts.
