  These guys are top notch professionals that actually care about their patients and put their care as top priority. Pharmacist Jonathan is always super helpful and makes sure customers are taken care of even if it means staying a little late. That's hard to find these days! Prices are Great as well.

  One consistently rude lady from the pharmacy, that I speak to when calling, ruins this place for me. I don't leave many reviews but something really needs to be done about her. She obviously hates her job.

  Very Happy to use Harris Teeter Pharmacy. Fast helpful and friendly. Very confident that we will continue to get all our prescriptions taken care of.

  If I could give this pharmacy less than 1 star I would. My refill was delayed a week because the staff was faxing the authorization request to the wrong doctor's office. After I found out the what the issue was I called the pharmacy and confirmed the correct information then promptly received a text that afternoon that the doctor did not authorize the request. My doctor never received any request. They were still faxing it to the wrong doctor. My doctor finally reached out to the pharmacy to get the situation resolved, but when the prescription STILL wasn't refilled I called the pharmacy again to find out the delay. The first woman I spoke to hung up on me. When I called back and spoke to the pharmacist he immediately started talking over me. I was astonished at the rude arrogance considering they were completely at fault for the error.
