The manager Peg was very organized and kind in her approach, we had challenges with billing, where inappropriate amounts were added onto bills as well as a 3% surcharge for credit card when I was paying by check. Monitor your bill closely! Additionally, although most caregivers were helpful and supportive of the care, one person came in on the weekend and was not capable of providing the care that my stepfather needed. She inappropriately called in a weekday caregiver on her weekend off instead of calling the agency that she worked for.

My dad even called her an extraordinary person and always enjoyed her visits! She showed not only great compassion but also wisdom in dealing with his different moods.
