My daughter's prescriptions are also more affordable there. Way better than Wal-Mart or Walgreens. The staff is polite, kind & helpful. Thank you all so very much.

My refill was delayed a week because the staff was faxing the authorization request to the wrong doctor's office. After I found out the what the issue was I called the pharmacy and confirmed the correct information then promptly received a text that afternoon that the doctor did not authorize the request. My doctor never received any request. They were still faxing it to the wrong doctor. My doctor finally reached out to the pharmacy to get the situation resolved, but when the prescription STILL wasn't refilled I called the pharmacy again to find out the delay. The first woman I spoke to hung up on me. When I called back and spoke to the pharmacist he immediately started talking over me. I was astonished at the rude arrogance considering they were completely at fault for the error.
