  From my experience NP do not !keep the appointments. I had so many appointments changed and rescheduled its ridiculous. New NP doesn't show for work. I had to go to extended care for I was in so much pain and was also supposed to gave annual and flu shot. I kept my new appointment only to be left sitting in the lobby after an e check and a check in at the desk This is the worst facility I have ever seen Someone finally came out to see why I was still sitting on the lobby at 5:10.

  I have been going here with my two kids and have consistently had excellent service. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but I don’t know what people expect of a walk in doctors office. Of course you’re going to wait a bit considering every appointment has different needs. The longest I have ever waited was an hour and the shortest was 10 minutes. Every employee from the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors have been friendly and professional!

  Extremely frustrated…unorganized to say the least. Walked in & was informed the wait was an hour 15 minutes, checked in anyway. Decided to grab lunch while waiting. Seated and within 10 minutes, we are called with appointment available. Was told to simply come in when finished. Checked in & waited in exam room for TWO hours for doctor to come, over TWO hours including wait room time, he never did come. I honestly think they forgot about us in the room. So, after 2 hours of wasted time, we decide to leave & endure the pain until we could be seen by regular physicians.
