  Very disappointing experience. I am a regular customer here, which makes this even more frustrating. I was eligible for a BOGO offer as I purchased more than 6 items, but the staff never informed me about it. I only realized this after an hour when I checked the website. When I went back and asked, he refused to honor the offer and told me I would have to place a new order if I wanted it. On top of that, he didn’t add my phone number to the order or provide a receipt. When I contacted customer support, they confirmed that the bill was not even generated with my mobile number. This feels very unprofessional and misleading. Definitely not the kind of service I expected.

  Been a loyal customer for years, spending money here every month. Bought a new pre-workout that made me sick. Tried to return or exchange it and was treated like it didn’t matter at all. Zero care for regular customers. Extremely disappointing. Won’t be back.

  Our expert Cameron, was very helpful in assisting my dad and I on muscle growth through creatine and whey. He recommended great products at an affordable price and also helped with dietary restrictions like sugar free, nondairy and low sodium. Great experience and will definitely be back.
