  The lady working on Saturday 2/7/2026 was extremely rude. I spend a ton of money at this location for all my supplements and usually there is a young man behind the counter who is very friendly and has great customer service. The person working today made never want to come back to this location in case she is there again. I can say with certainty that any new customer who tries this location and is met with her will never come back. I can't imagine how much revenue she's lost this location. She is definitely bringing this location's average LTV down. I was legitimately uncomfortable with her hostile demeanor. I also almost never leave bad reviews, you can look at my history, maybe 1 other bad review at most. I pretty much always only have positive things to say, that's how much this person rubbed me the wrong way. So surely other's will feel the same.

  Been a loyal customer for years, spending money here every month. Bought a new pre-workout that made me sick. Tried to return or exchange it and was treated like it didn’t matter at all. Zero care for regular customers. Extremely disappointing. Won’t be back.

  Our expert Cameron, was very helpful in assisting my dad and I on muscle growth through creatine and whey. He recommended great products at an affordable price and also helped with dietary restrictions like sugar free, nondairy and low sodium. Great experience and will definitely be back.
