  The Morganton staff is great! Based on them it would be 5 stars. However, Allergy Partners is terribly managed as a whole. If I call the Morganton office, someone in Asheville answers. (I am trying to get a prescription filled!), had to leave a message with someone in Asheville and no call back. Now I have to wait until Monday to try again. Why can I not just talk to my providers in Morganton? Very frustrating.

  They really took my symptoms seriously and treated me with care. The doctors were amazing! I recommend this place, it is very good! 10 outta 10👏👏

  Had an allergy study done there with Dr. Smallwood he explained everything we would be doing and took his time during my office visit top notch staff friendly atmosphere very professional environment but welcoming

  The ladies in the shot clinic and the one that works the front desk at the Morganton office are all amazing! However, the doctor that works at the clinic will roll her eyes at your child, she will dismiss you, and she will not listen to her patient!
