I feel I’ve lived in a brand new world this past week and I cannot believe how much I have missed these last few years! Tomorrow is my first check up to adjust anything if I needed too. I highly recommend Miracle Ear in Morehead City and Nancy! Wow thanks! The expense has held me back but with financing at a very low interest rate compared to a credit card I can hear again! Yay!!! Both Becky, the receptionist, and Nancy, the hearing specialist, know me by name and recognize me immediately. Becky is helpful and accommodating, going out of her way to work with my schedule and my husband's when booking appointments. Nancy is a born teacher and uses various strategies to help me understand the importance of wearing my hearing aids correctly and consistently. She listens when I have a concern, and helps to identify what may need to be adjusted to make my aids work best and most comfortably for me. Because of her attentiveness and interest in me as a person, I like going to my regular appointments, whether for cleanings, checkups, or annual hearing tests. I leave knowing that I have been seen, heard, and well attended to. It is this hands-on approach to customer care, so well exemplified by Nancy Domanski, that makes Miracle-Ear my hearing aid company of choice.
