- SSsharaJun 24, 20255.0This miracle ear location is top notch!!! A special thanks to Nancy Domanski and Becky(sorry I didn't get her last name). My mother has their hearing aids and we came down to the beach for a couple days for her birthday....2 hours away from home and she forgot her charger. 😳 Oh...what a panic we were in!!!! But just a google search...a phone call and a pleasant exchange with the staff and they took them in for the 4 hour charge....CLEANED THEM when they noticed they were dirty.....and even gave us a little training and information on how Mommy can improve her experience with miracle ear hearing aids. Nancy cares!!!!! And for a place as such..that's exactly what is needed. ❤️ Go see her.... you'll leave with a warm and fuzzy feeling like I did!!!! Again....Nancy and Becky....I thank you for making our problem your mission to make easy and doing so with such expertise and pleasure. WE APPRECIATE YOU! I never experienced the kind of attention she gave me. Her caring and knowledge was wonderful. She explained every detail of the hearing aids to me. I am very pleased. Miracles do happen. When I went in I was anticipating the fact that was going to have to wear hearing aids and I how I would look, feel and be able to adjust to it. But to come and find out I didn't really need hearing aids after all at that moment that something else was going on in my ears and they referred me to go and see a ENT before going any farther. So thank you all at Miracle Ear for the right help and the right direction to go .
