The 'On-Line' ordering is broke (they don't care or too busy to fix). Looong lines for pick-up (I counted 17 waiting). Dropped off one med prescription and in '4 days' it will be ready after 3pm. Unsat......
- CBChristian BridgersNov 12, 20211.0I am just disappointed and disgusted. My Husband has cancer, we tried Harris Teeter Pharmacy in Morehead City. I got the call his pepcid- for the terrible heart burn he gets from treatments- was ready for pick up. I left him in the chemo room, and went to pick them up, so he could start his meds before heading home. I was 2nd in line, and had to wait 28 minutes. I guess there was a technical error with the computer, which is fine, but I did ask if it would be resolved soon after 20 minutes of waiting, because like I said- My husband was in the chemo room. The tech was extremely rude to me when it was finally turn. She even raised her voice at me. She said his meds weren't ready- even though I got the call an hour prior they were, and it is literally a prefilled bottle that could have been made ready in minutes, being as I waited so long to begin with. She told me it would not be ready until the next day. Not due to any reason, other than it was called in after 11 am. It was called in at 11:15 am btw. I left in tears. Chemo days are the worst for him. We went to CVS and it was ready in 15 minutes. So, now they get all of our business.
