  I gave three stars because we had an apt for an exam. However because birth control was discussed we had to reschedule the exam. I was told it was because of insurance requirements. That can be taken many ways but it seems insurance wouldn’t require multiple visits. It does, however, benefit the practice to require multiple visits. The time it takes to get an apt done is several hours as is. We should have done the exam while there and made an apt over the phone to discuss birth control options. Left puzzled and frustrated.

  I’ve been a patient of Dr. Elins for years now. She has two offices: one here in Mooresville and the other in Huntersville and because we live in Davidson, I prefer this location. She is a good doctor & even greater listener and truly cares about my wellbeing. Today, I needed to do a follow-up pelvic ultrasound and my tech Krysta, whom I have experienced before, was wonderful! I highly recommend this office. Parking tip: I highly suggest driving up the ramp onto the parking lot above and walking straight into the office! It’s so much easier! Happy Exploring 📍 Josephine

  It sometimes can be frustrating finding a Doctor's office where everyone from the front desk to the Lab tech is absolutely amazing. Everyone at this location is Top Notch. They all show kindness, patience, and compassion. I could not be more pleased with the great experiences I have had here. Doctor Van-Kooten and her teammates always went above the call of expectations. So glad I had them taking care of me . Job well done!!! Tabatha
