I’ve witnessed the phone ringing and ringing and she sits there and doesn’t answer the call. She is lazy and a very bad representative of this practice.

- CWcindy WahabSep 9, 20251.0I started seeing Dr Lieu about 48 years ago. I've stuck with Trinity ever since. Now the turnover with P.A.'s is absurd. Never seen the same one more than twice. Then you have to beg for your regular refills(just regular meds). I have recently changed my primary physician because I'm no longer begging for the prescribed meds and refills running out before your next scheduled visit and repeating your entire medical history over and over. Totally unsatisfied not sure if it's poor management poor hiring practices or a combination of both. Either way I'm done dealing with it. Sincerely, Cindy Wahab
