  Lynn is absolutely amazing! Her customer service is top notch. My son wanted a specific type of frame and he had a pretty strong prescription and the frames he really wanted wouldn’t fit. She went out of her way to work with the lab mgr to try and find a pair that would work. She truly cares about her customers and thoroughly enjoys what she does. Appreciate you Lynn!

  Rich and Lynn were amazing at helping my husband and I with picking out glasses. Everything from the check in, exam and shopping was top notch. Will definitely be back. Rich has a great attitude and was so helpful.

  Dropped in today w a new pair of reading glasses I did not purchase w target. They were a bit crooked and needing attention. Free of charge, they were able to correct them within five minutes or so. Did save me from having to return to original merchant. The three staff members were all courteous and very helpful. Whether you purchase from them or not they are very willing to help Definitely will be returning w my next optical needs. Thank you so much

  My experience at Target Optical in Mooresville was extremely disappointing. The doctor gave me a prescription that did not work and actually caused pain and discomfort in my eyes. I called more than 15 times asking for help because I couldn’t see well, and it took a very long time for them to respond. When they finally gave me an appointment, the doctor charged me $60 for nothing. He didn’t examine me properly, didn’t fix the issue, and I left with the same problem. The situation with the woman in the optical area, whose name I believe is Ellen, was even worse. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Even though it was my turn, she did not want to assist me, spoke to me in a very unpleasant way, and didn’t explain anything. Her behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I paid almost $500 for glasses that did not work, plus terrible service and disrespectful treatment. Honestly, they don’t deserve even one star. I do not recommend this place at all.

  Madysan was absolutely wonderful during my visit. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses, took the time to make sure they fit comfortably, and explained everything clearly along the way. What truly stood out was her patience and kindness. She never rushed me and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. Her professionalism combined with genuine care made such a difference. I’m so grateful for her help and would highly recommend working with Madysan to anyone looking for exceptional service.
