My dad remarked that Kayla is pure goodness. My mom says the daytime staff treat her like a queen. Her health has improved with their care. The familiar faces create a sense of safety for them, especially at night. The professionalism of the caregivers shows through when dealing with hospice, making reports, dealing with awkward situations or problem solving to crate a safe environment for my parents. The administration and nursing staff work to insure the safety of staff and my parent. As soon as Home Instead came onboard our lives have been much smoother, less stressful, and definitely more joyful.
