  This care agency is fantastic. Carter the client coordinator, is upbeat, kind, and efficient. My fathers companion, Barbellia, came in twice/week as my father's "driver," taking him to doctor appointments, dry cleaners, grocery store, and anywhere else he asked her to go. He has dementia, hearing loss and balance issues, which she handled with kindness, compassion, and a lot of patience. I love this agency!

  I switched my home health care for my mother (she is 81 with dementia) to Comfort Keepers Lake Norman after disappointing service from Right at Home and Home Instead in 2022. Andy Fortune is an experienced hand at customer service and will tell you like it is. I haven't had the issues with call-outs or no-shows with Comfort Keepers that I did with the other services, and I believe this is due to the higher rate of starting pay Comfort Keepers gives their caregivers. $$ makes a difference when you live in the Mooresville/Lake Norman area, most health care services around here start at $12/hour, which is not enough when a 1 bedroom apartment here rents for $1100.00! Any questions or issues I have had have been dealt with promptly by CK staff and nothing has been shrugged off. In contrast, I had four Fridays in January 2023 with no service and no explanation from Home Instead. People should be paid a living wage for emotional labor like home health care, not everyone has the talent and patience to do this! I commend CK for realizing their business depends on the talent they can recruit and KEEP. Recommend Comfort Keepers Lake Norman for both their home health and office staff, their service is excellent!

  I just started with comfort keepers and so far I enjoy each and everyone of my customers they bring you so much joy to your heart that all you wanna do is hug them and not let go my grandparents are gone so in a way it's like im goingbto visit mine.

  Christy Pearcy said she likes her worker here because they have a lot of fun together. She loves her dog and helps her do all the things that she can't remember how to do. She also lets me listen to bluegrass music too. Thank you Comfort Keepers for helping us out when we needed it.
