I'm in my 40s and finding the time and motivation to work out has always been challenging. Body20 has been a lifesaver! The short workouts fit into my schedule and I've noticed a big difference in my strength and energy. My jeans are already fitting better in the short time I've been a member. The coaches are all extremely motivating. My knees are bad and they are able to modify the moves to keep me challenged but safe. The studio is clean, friendly, and not intimidating at all! I feel better than I've felt in years.
