I made an appointment for 12:30 so I could just run in on my lunch break , I wasn’t seen til 1:30 and all the lady behind this desk could say is it happens this time of year. No!! That’s what appointments are for , I understand 5 , even 15 min but an hour. I wasn’t very pleased with this new Dr , he didn’t give me any feedback on my exam , just said my eyes looked good from the pictures they took. I’m still trying to wrap my head around the whole visit. They ladies on the store side was amazing & answered my questions about my exam & helped me pick the perfect pair of new glasses.
