- LKLindsey KnopfDec 22, 20252.0I had a 12:45 PM appointment at LensCrafters (Accuvision Eye Care OD) and was not seen until almost an hour later because the doctor arrived late that day. I really wish this had been communicated ahead of time or rescheduled, as I ended up being away from work twice as long as expected. While the staff was friendly, the experience felt poorly managed and undertrained. During my pre-exam, the technician was unable to answer two very basic questions about the equipment she was operating. When I asked about the purpose of the red lights in the air-pressure eye test machine, she didn’t know, which did not inspire confidence. Due to the overall experience, I chose not to purchase glasses here. The lack of communication, long wait time, and training concerns made this a frustrating visit, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
