- KMkerry montsApr 5, 20261.0Not a very organized place I scheduled an Eye exam for 1:45 PM I was not seeing until 2:15 PM. This is unfair to the consumer as people have things to do so they do schedule their appointments For a reason at a certain time. I also want to point out that I have been getting eye exams for over 20 years now annually because my employer pays for them and this was the quickest eye exam I have ever had. I know technology changes so apparently AccuVISION or whoever this company is LensCrafters has new technology where you just look at the screen for five minutes and you’re done so why was my appointment a half an hour late if I only spent five minutes in the chair, they should be pushing people out of there in no time at all I should’ve never had a late appointment.
