  Deborah(physical therapist) made me feel completly and utterly uncomfortable. Very unattentive, insensative and quite frankly flat out rude. Couldnt wait to leave. No thank you ma'am.

  I have had back issues for years,and than i injured my back while working. With in a month i was getting around with a walker than i got referred to ortho carolina and ended up needing back surgery. I am now more than 1 year post surgery. It was a scary experience but after meeting my surgeon I felt at ease he was very confident and told me don't worry I got you. He was right my surgery went well and now after a year my back is better than it's been in a very long time I can't tell that I ever had a back problem. Thank you Othro Carolina and a special thanks to my surgeon David Anderson you are truly a magician. Thanks

  Scheduler at PT office very rude and unprofessional when I called to setup my OT therapy. She was putting me on hold as she spoke to the therapist so my opinion both rude and unprofessional. I have to have the first 2 visits in Charlotte due to no appointments in Monroe and I wanted to schedule the other appointments in Monroe. Scheduler wanted to schedule one appointment till after evaluation even though I would already have had 2 appointments. I said then no appointments for Jan will be available and she goes we can double book. No thank you I will just drive to Randolph Rd to a professional office.

  I just recently had surgery on my ACL July 1st and I have had nothing but good experiences with my physical therapists Mr. Riney and Ms Everett. They are a joy to be around and they truly care about me and my recovery. You can tell it's a passion and not just a job to them.
