  Friendly staff, but someone is horribly incompetent. I e-checked-in for my appointment, arrived 30 minutes early, checked-in again by phone from the parking lot, and finally checked-in a third time in the office. I sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes. I asked the receptionist when I would be see and was told she would check. 10 minutes later she calls me up and tells me she's sorry, but the tech I'm supposed to see is not working today. What?! I'm then told she called yesterday and left a message (no message), the appointment was still scheduled on the MyChart web site, there were no messages online. What a ridiculous way to backtrack out of an unacceptable blunder. I'm not saying it's the receptionist's mistake - but whoever is in charge of ensure appoints get scheduled when doctors are present, and verifies that appointments are valid on check-in failed. This wasn't a last minute appointment - I waited 6 weeks and drove an hour. Update: Novant reached out and apologized again for the mistake, and tried to be as accommodating as possible to reschedule. I appreciate the effort. Mistakes happen - adding a star.

  My husband is a patient of Dr. Kreshon, and we believe that Dr. Kreshon will provide him with the best care possible. This doctor deserves the highest marks for his knowledge, compassion and professionalism. It is very comforting to know that we are in good hands. All of the staff working at this location are the best and deserve the same five star rating. They are supportive, caring and go the extra-mile out of their way to be helpful.

  Dr Roberts and his staff are just awesome. They treat me with dignity and respect. They are very caring and understanding when it comes to my health concerns and needs. I trust Dr Roberts fully with my heart health.
