DR.SUTHERLAND COUNT YOUR DAYS AT THIS DOCTOR’S OFFICE. I have NEVER seen a group of physicians SO LAZY AND CARELESS but “DOCTOR” Sutherland is by far the WORST. She is lazy, rude, and not very knowledgeable when it comes to infants. The NURSE is a better fit to be the pediatrician! THIS IS A WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT bring your children to this medical office! They are not competent doctors. I’m really surprised that this location is still in operation. NOVANT DO BETTER!

Took my son in because the nurse said they could help with a broken nose. Was told by the doctor she couldn't help and to take him to a specialist and then charged $200 for nothing.

I had a really good experience with them up until my second daughter was born and I went to doctor Barbor..my daughter was born on the 1st of March and had jaundice so they wanted her to have a check up to make sure her levels were going down and had me make an appointment for a follow up that Monday,so I went to the the appointment and by Monday it was the 5th, she was 5 days old and Dr.Barbor said that the stump from her umbilical cord was dry so she removed it which I didn’t like but I felt that she knew what she was doing and applied the silver nitrate to dry it out ,a few days later(the 7th)it still wasn’t dried out so I took her to urgent care to make sure it wasn’t infected because it still didn’t dry out they said it was fine and applied silver nitrate once again...the next night she began to cry and her belly button started to bleed a good bit and it stopped so that following day I made an appointment so Dr.barbor could look at it once again ,got to my appointment and doctor seems to act like she had No idea that she removed it and asked me when it fell off. Anyway she proceeded to apply to silver nitrate because they keep telling me it isn’t infected..here I am the next day and it still hasn’t dried out because I assume it was taken off to early and I will be very upset if it ends up getting infected.
