  The receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful. I had this experience a few years ago and decided to go to a different location. Do to moving and being too far away from that location, I tried to make an appointment at Monroe location again and was once again greeting with a very rude receptionist. My sister has also had similar experiences with said receptionist when trying to book. Due to this, we both will be going through atrium for now on. Typically if the first person you talk to when trying to make an appointment is that rude, you know the actual appointment and service provided isn’t going to be good either.

  I've been seeing Dr. Fento since 2020 and she is genuinely the best provider I've seen. She makes me feel heard and doesn't disregard my concerns. She's also extremely personable and makes you feel comfortable which is important given the vulnerability that comes with gyno appointments. At one point I was driving 3 hours to see her because I refused to see anyone else. I always recommend her to anyone looking for a gyno and will continue to do so!

  If I could give no stars I would the receptionist has a terrible attitude and she and the Dr failed to let me know when my appt was next so since I didn't know I missed it and they took me out the system very unprofessional

  I would not recommend Dr.Fento. Please go with your gut feeling. I had surgery on Friday to remove a polyp and place a IUD. I called Monday morning asking for assistance. I was in extreme pain. After 4 hours the nurse finally called me back and sent me to the ER. After being at the ER all day. The ER dr finally got up with Carmel OB after almost 2 hours. They came up with a care plan. I had an infection from surgery. Dr. Meke wanted to see me in office on Wednesday. I called Tuesday morning requesting to schedule a follow up that Dr. Meke recommended.I had to be put through to the nurse, the nurse said she would talk to Dr. Fento. So Dr. Fento called me back after lunch time telling me to stop taking my antibiotics that there is very little chances I would have an infection. I would not need to schedule a follow up appointment. She stated that she would see me in August for my post-op. She stated that she would not be in starting on Wednesday until next week because she’s on vacation and that she doesn’t think I should come in for a follow up appointment. I was still in a lot of pain and discomfort. So I decided to go with my gut and get a second opinion. I in fact do have a bad infection. Needing 2 different antibiotics and IUD removal. I’m so thankful for the Doctor that listened!
