- MDMilt DachieApr 4, 20242.0Betty Werner- Bought my hearing aids in September they created sores and are very uncomfortable I even lost a pair because I take them out all the time. I went back on Amazon and bought another pair of Sonys there updated CRE 10 is self fitting and have a charge life of 24 hours. Not sure why a company this size would not have self fitting. Also the charge on my debit card for 2800. The first time then another charge 1000 something in Feb also did not come in as miracle ear called my bank and they told me. You can contact me directly you have all my info on file.

On January 4 th I brought in a hearing aid that needed repair. More than 3 1/2 weeks later nobody can tell me what is happening with it. Nothing but stonewalling, excuses about the weather and labor shortages. What terrible service!!
