    After taking classes at two other Pilates places, I finally found my spot. Great instructor, class with just the right amount of 'tough' work and a great people vibe. As one of my New Years resolutions, I've now ticked that box and am on my way to hitting this years goals!

    I stated Pilates in Indian Trail because I was feeling week unbalanced and out of shape. I use peloton but haven’t felt strong enough to even ride my bike. I am 12 classes in and I have been preaching to family and friends about my progress. I am only on level 1 and here are my results. I am so much energy after classes. Mentally I’m so much happier it’s like working out and meditation at the same time. I can now stand from a seated position without holding on ( the class actually clapped and the instructor hugged me). Most notable change I am actually able to get off the floor from lying ( this is vitally important ). And let’s not forget to mention I lost 2 inches from waist. From my first intro class I have been everyday I even doubled up one day. I have found my sanctuary in club Pilates Indian Trail. The vibe is just the best. If you are thinking about trying a class you will not be disappointed. I promise you. Thank you Club Pilates for giving me my life back. I’m happier and stronger
