I had an amazing intro class. I was a little nervous about knowing what to do in class but She’ll was awesome. She explained everything step by step and made corrections to my form as we went!

Kind employees and classmates which tells you there’s a good hearted community being built. I’m obsessed with the sculpt classes. They remind me of my ballet dancing days where we would do jumps at the barre but this time laying down. Teachers are very helpful throughout the class. If you have never done a Pilates class with a reformer - highly recommend to start here!

My daughter and I began doing Pilates together almost 3 months ago at Club Pilates in Indian Trail. The staff at this location are very friendly, supportive and very encouraging. My daughter and I both have been enjoying classes under the direction of Moe. She makes the classes super fun, powerfully engaging and entertaining. I personally feel a huge difference in that my body is more relaxed. I feel certain tightness in specific body parts are becoming more flexible and less stiff. I previously experienced back aches and pains prior to joining Pilates, however with the stretching and Core strengthening, my entire body feels much stronger and less tense.
I’m very happy we signed up at Club Pilates as we have begun changing both of our lifestyles, in this capacity.

Very calming yet energizing environment! It's pretty easy to get the gist of the program and once you're comfortable, the sky is the limit! You can ease you way into the program if this is your first attempt to workout. If you're seasoned at exercising but looking for something new and effective, this is it! At 62, I was looking for a solid workout that wasn't so harsh on my weary bones.
