  As a patient, I find the front staff to be rude and not helpful at all. My nurse Dianna is very sweet and definitely talks about my health during her tri-age. However, the referral coordinator needs to learn what that entails. Dr. Reed does not care about me, or the severity of my medical issues. I always have to tell him why I am there. I saw many specialists that were not scheduled properly because the referral was wrong. The specialist reported my very low blood pressure, but not once did Dr. Reed actually read the reports being sent. I have to bring to his attention recommended blood tests . I asked to speak to the practice manager, but was told they are always not available. I will call once more, but after that going above their head. If I return to this practice, I will definitely NOT see Dr. Reed. He is the worst primary doctor I have ever encountered in my 62 years!!!!

  James Reed is careless and wishes for my mother doesn’t come for her follow up visit. When hearing my mother wasn’t going to come on the next visit, his facial expression looked delightful.
