We had to come here for an appointment for my husband. Where we had been rushed out by other offices, we found this office to be the exact opposite. Our nurse Andrea was fantastic. She was compassionate and explained everything to us and took the time to make sure we understood how to take care of my husbands wound. Everyone from the doctor to the front office crew were outstanding.
My husband was a patient at wound care for several months and was very pleased with the treatments and all staff.
FNP Holly H. Heddleson initiated and continued a positive and professional treatment plan, that was successfully implemented.
The recovery of the surgical wound treatment was just like she explained in detail.

I have been driving 45 minutes to Matthews Wound Center for several weeks because it is a happy place. Sracy is the first person to greet you. She is always funny and upbeat amd makes you feel welcome. All the nurses are fabulous. Lindsey is the first one that I met. She set a high bar and the others met the challenge. All are very caring. They make patients feel special. They take time to chat and get to know you as a person vs. a patient. Dr. Parsons is the best...always concerned, professional, knowledgeable and sets the tone for the staff.
The front desk receptionist Stacey is awful. She is unprofessional and rude. I have had 3 equally awful interactions with her before I decided to write this post. She yells at patients. When she gets off the phone with them she calls them stupid as we witnessed sitting in the waiting room. When she told me something could not be done and when my nurse and I showed her it could be, she began yelling that she does not like anyone to tell her how to do her job and we weren't trying to. Because you do not know how to do it, doesn't mean it can't be done.
Out of retaliation of us showering her it can be done, she scheduled my appt to the furthest date out. I had to hang up the phone and immediately call other location to get it rescheduled to an earlier date which they did.
I do not know how she has kept this job. All of my calls are recorded so my claims are fully backed.
