  Christina has the Christmas magic. My son's elf, Fisbee, wanted to show support at his Dr's appointment. Christina went over and beyond to make that happen. Thank you Christina.

  We love to have our appointments here. Always feel safe and in a good care. after being very disappointed with other care providers at other places finally find a dedicated, professional, friendly and kind specialist. Feel lucky to meet our care provider and the other great stuff she works with. A big Thank You to our care provider and her colleagues we had a chance to meet, also to the awesome ladies at the front desk for being very kind and extremely helpful every time we need.

  We had a pretty bad experience with Dr. Romanowsky. Due to our baby being born right before Thanksgiving we had to have our first well child visit when she was only 2 days old. Given the timing she has lost 11% body weight since we were breastfeeding and my milk hadn't come in yet. Instead of understanding that is normal for breastfed babies and giving it another day or two, she made us supplement with formula. This led to so much unnecessary stress as a new mom breastfeeding for the first time! Most moms dont have their milk come in till 3+ days after birth the first time. She also made us very concerned about the slight jaundice our baby had. The next day our baby turned all yellow and we almost went to the ER before we got ahold of the other pediatrician in the office and she has changed back to normal. When we saw Dr. Romanowsky the next day she told us that was normal and then told us our baby didn't even have any jaundice anymore! It was like we were seeing a different doctor than 2 days ago. Our babies weight was back up and so she said there were no concerns anymore. Then we came in for our 2 week well child check. The doctor clearly did not remember us or look at her notes since she asked how our Thanksgiving was. This was the day baby had turned yellow which we had told her previously. Later, we got a bill stating the 2 week well child check was actually an office visit to check baby's weight. I contested it, but apparently the office had in their notes it was for the weight check. Ridiculous! They bill thing wrong, don't understand breastfeeding, and had poor bed side manor. I'm so glad we switched to Dr. Kennard at Novant Waverly.

  I ❤️ the drs and staff they always go above and beyond with my 2 children I have to say specially dr. Pherwani she is over great with the care she gives my daughters and I would not change this pediatric office.
