  It was my fault I was 10 minutes late ( got lost and typical Charlotte traffic) even though I had driven for over an hour for the appt., I was not seen. This appt. was in mid March and could not get another appt. until June. Receptionist had negative attitude even though I was apologetic. :(

  Will not return to this one. Spent 15-20 mins at the initial consultation l but being bill for 45 mins of consultation!?!? We should have asked for the cost but never expected the initial consultation to cost this much. We paid less for procedures with real specialists. Don’t make our mistake. Ask for the cost before showing up.

  This place is TERRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars I would. They tell me it’s better and I have to use “MyChart” to let them know when I need my prescription refilled, month after month they have no sense of urgency and take 2 or more weeks to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy!! It gets to the point where I’m totally out of my medicine which greatly affects my day, and THEY DON’T CARE. This lack or caring has been going on for at least 6-7 months now, biggest regret is not leaving sooner. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. IF YOU'RE TRYING TO FIND A SLEEP DOCTOR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place is not worth the headache. They will negatively affect your quality of life.
