  Dr Andreassi has been my PCP for about 5 years. She recently retired and her replacement was not availavble but saw her PA and was very pleased with the visit.

  Unfortunately, Dr Andeassi has retired from Novant senior care and for the first time i experienced extremely unprofessional , rude , and argumentative conduct from the ancillary staff covering in this office with an NP in charge. The NP Allona did not respond to numerous emails and calls asking for assistance with a needed Pre op clearance that was not followed up on even though the specifics were outlined in writing by the surgeon and delivered personally to the NP & the office assistant during my pre op visit on 1/ 12/ 26. My surgeons office and i had to call & email, repeatedly.. and was met with one debate or excuse after another . Finally after 10 days , the NP provided the missing documents . To this day , Allona has not responded to any of my requests to speak with her and has not responded to any of my emails either. Many years i have been a patient with Novant and have not experienced this complete lack of professionalism and competence . Hopefully the new physician will be able to resolve the very poor service i received . In the meantime, i will seek the care of medical physician in another location. this should be a zero star review.

  Impressed with nurse practitioner in this practice. She was following up on my blood pressure and did some blood tests which I could take in the office. Very convenient. Results were sent to my chart shortly thereafter.
