  I had a GREAT experience at Novant Health PT Solutions. Lauren is an Elite Physical Therapist! I have rehabbed 3 separate knee surgeries as well as other sports related injuries in the past. Last year I had been in 2 car accidents, and Lauren helped me train, heal up, and get into better shape than before the accidents! All of the Therapists there, as well as the front desk crew were amazing! I actually looked forward to my sessions every time. Their motivation and PT training knowledge helped achieve what didn't seem possible in the beginning! THANK YOU, LAUREN, and the PT Solutions staff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Unfortunately, my experience with this location was terrible. The biggest issue is billing and the complete lack of honesty. I went there four separate times, and every single time I specifically asked if I had a copayment. All four times I was told, “You’re good to go” and “I don’t see any copay for you.” Now, out of nowhere, I receive a huge bill. This is beyond frustrating and feels incredibly deceptive. When a patient asks about costs, they deserve clear and honest answers — not surprises weeks or months later. They completely failed in that responsibility. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and financial anxiety. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

  This is my 3rd round of pt and the therapist are good. It’s the scheduling that has really set me back. I couldn’t get in for over a month after my procedure when pt is recommended days after the procedure. I’m confused as to what to do about my continuing care.

  This was my 3rd time getting PT at this location. I requested Brett, the same person I had last time. I had to have PT for a revised knee replacement. This location has such wonderful staff. The front desk check in and out is always so pleasant. They take time to remember your name so it makes it more personalized. Brett is an amazing Physical Therapist. His calm demeanor is such a pleasure. He will work you (even if you don’t wanna move), but will listen when you say you are hurting. He tries to understand what is going on with you as a person. This time I had 21 visits and he absolutely tried his best to get me moving. Today I graduated from PT and I hope I do not have to go back for something else, but if I do I would definitely use this location again.
