  The scheduling here is absolutely horrendous. This is my fourth visit to this facility, and every single time, I’ve had to wait 30-45 minutes just to be seen by the doctor. Today, I arrived 5 minutes early, checked in at the front desk, and was told to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes before a nurse finally came to take me back. Once I was in the exam room, I waited for over 30 minutes with no communication or updates. I had to walk out to the front desk to ask what was going on, and the receptionist told me to wait another 10 minutes. When the nurse finally came back, she said the doctor was with another patient and it would be another 15-20 minutes before he could see me. This is beyond frustrating. I had enough of the terrible service and walked out, canceling my appointment. I will never return to this awful place. If you schedule an appointment here, be prepared to waste an extra 1-1.5 hours of your time just waiting around.

  Very thorough and professional visit. Clearly communicated treatment plan and implemented first steps in testing for accurate diagnosis. The entire staff listened to my questions and answered clearly.. trusted what was told to me by Dr Roulette. Highly recommended

  Excellent staff, providing excellent care! Dr Romanowski and his PA took the time to listen and explain - no feeling of being rushed in and out here.

  All of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and trustworthy. I have been to this practice several times over the last few years and they do their due diligence to make sure they are diagnosing the problem correctly ie will do x-rays, MRI’s if any doubt. They listen to you and empathize. They provide an action plan with steps and choices. Front desk, techs, nurses, PA’s and Dr. Roulette have a patient centered approach. The staff work as a team and I don’t see that often.
