I was admitted on April 1st by ambulance for a type of stroke I had early in the a.m. Unable to move, the e r staff recognized I needed help. They put me on the third floor and with the great help of the nurses and doctors and all the rest of my caregivers and dietitians, I left 5 days later on my own with no lingering affects. Thank you especially to the workers and nurses and everyone that helped me recover! Robin Wooten

My son should have been born on 11/7/2013 the hospital sent my wife home for a week, when she arrived she had a fever of 103 when the doctor saw her she was burning up and my son had been out of water since the 7th of November, the sonogram showed man-child parts as the Doctor stated, that's when my wife received an epidural so she can give birth to our son, he was born a purple baby and was in the NICU. My son has autism / low spectrum. I blame presbyterian for his condition, they should have delivered on 11/7. Trauma is real folks!

Sadly I’m leaving this review because I’m hoping I can save someone else’s life. I was miscarrying. I was in the ER because I started hemorrhaging. When I got there, the propped me up in a chair and a massive gush of blood pooled. Not only that, the nurse recommended I get up and walk around and see if the lightheadedness would go away. I refused because I have a lot of knowledge about this sort of thing. Scientifically I would’ve fainted and passed out. My husband pushed the emergency button after many more rushes of blood loss and they came in and said this is normal bleeding. I’ve had 2 healthy babies before this… The amount of blood on the bed was shocking and all they did was keep cleaning it up instead of giving me a shot to stop the hemorrhaging. It was pooling blood in the bed more and more as time went on. This went on for 3 hours. The only thing that saved me, was that I refused to stand up, added pressure to my uterus and put my knees up. None of the nurses or doctor knew to recommend that. By the time the 3 hours ended, they were rushing to get me a blood transfusion. When I first arrived there, they said I wouldn’t need a blood transfusion because my blood test showed it wasn’t great, but there was no need for a transfusion. I could recover without a transfusion. 3 hours later they’re rushing to save my life and to give me a transfusion because my blood loss was shocking. This all could’ve been prevented if they didn’t let me bleed out for 3 hours. I almost died and that’s no exaggeration. I went in for the sole reason that is bleeding and hemorrhaging… not to bleed out for 3 hours more. I wanted to prevent blood loss. I’m disappointed this hospital does not use the amazing methods they have to prevent situations like this. This is why I came in because I didn’t want this to happen!

I been here since 9pm for bad heartburn and indigestion. I haven't gotten anything for it or have i seen a doctor and it's been like 7 hours and they are planning to send me home with me still feeling the same. I have no gallbladder and I get bad indigestions that medication at home can't treat.

I brought my son in for a head injury late at night. We were taken to a room immediately after checking in, and the ER physician came in minutes after. Dr. Small was exceptional with both my little guy and helping me as an anxious mom! He gave me all the information I needed to feel empowered to make decisions. The radiology team was also amazing and so kind towards my son. This was the most ideal and positive ER experience I could have asked for. I truly am so thankful.
