  Called 3 consecutive days before appointment to make sure genotype info was there to go over on day of appointment. The nurse lied and said they had the genotype back. Long story short , the doctor was unable to prescribe and I feel my time was wasted. But hey they made money which is about all they are concerned with. Disorganized at best

  Worst customer service in the world. The ladies running this office have zero knowledge on helping those in desperate medical help. Offered no help. And didn't even want to talk to the Dr regarding my super easy case. They were like trained Robots and had no idea how to handle a patient that was moving there and had to be seen the day after i land there so that I could continue my needed daily NECESSARY infusion. They didn't even budge a finger to help me out. If i were you i wouldn't come there if they paid me. And i do judge a book by its cover. First impressions do make lasting ones.
