They could have just told us and we would have come back!!! Absolutely horrible service!!! UPDATE: And their "Social Response Team" replied to this review with "sorry to hear you're disappointed" and not "sorry WE disappointed you". And they would much rather I complain to them in private, so as to keep it off the public forum. Nice.
