I am beyond thankful for Bradford Clinic! After a traumatic birth experience with my first born at a different office, Bradford Clinics providers treated me with kindness, respect, and dignity. All of the providers I saw took the time to listen to me and my concerns throughout my whole
pregnancy. They all provided helpful and relevant information. Dr. Reynolds delivered my baby earlier this month and it was a wonderful experience with a caring and attentive provider. Dr. Z was fabulous before and after delivery. Dr. Boster and Dr. Shah are also both amazing and I appreciate their attention to detail. I don’t have anything negative to say about anyone I worked with at this facility. I definitely recommend this clinic! I’ll be going back for all of my future OB needs.

HORRIBLE I’ve been playing phone tag with these offices trying to get an appointment since for a month now. They and several locations kept cancelling my appointments and then when I have finally had an appointment that has been scheduled for over a week now they call me the day before my appointment to tell me they are cancelling my ultrasound?! IM GOING ON 23 WEEKS AND HAVENT HAD ONE SINCE I WAS NOT EVEN 12 weeks pregnant HIGHLY RECOMMEND ATRIUM OVER THIS BULLSHIT
My wife loves her OB, Dr. Zach, as well as the midwife Lisa Dunton.. Both are excellent!
That being said, the rest of the staff has left a bad taste in my wife's mouth. I would say they are disinterested/cold and often rude at times. Particularly a couple of the nurses and lab attendees have been rude to my wife on a few different occassions.
For me personally, I find the billing structure strange and confusing. I'm not sure if this is common now, but I'm not a fan at all of the whole model of paying up front towards the delivery...... I have UHC insurance and at first I was being asked to pay $700 a month up front for services. Through some confusion that I still don't understand completely, it is now only $200 a month, but that will mean I owe more after delivery obviously. The fact that no one was able to explain this to me in plain English was unfortunate. But also, with paying up front, now I feel that I'm locked into this OBGYN because we've invested so much already... I don't like that feeling. If I wanted to switch and go elsewhere, I'd basically be losing all the money I already paid.
For us, how the delivery goes will determine everything on if we come back or not for our next child. For now we are on the fence, mainly because we like the doctors so much. I'll update my review when the time comes.

5 stars for a decent facility and incredible staff. The nurses and doctors are incredible and will go the extra mile. My only complaint is a small room (they are currently remodeling to fix this) and the Cafeteria that doesn't keep the food warm enough. Decent food, but it's cold.
0 stars for timeliness on checkups. I swear this facility adheres to the old practice of scheduling 5 people for a 1:00pm appointment when they only have the staff/capacity for 2 patients (maybe one). I have never waited for less than an hour for my appointment. Sometimes 1.5 hours for a 5 minute ordeal. Bad business.
My experiences ranged through a full pregnancy: 4 trips to ER, monthly to weekly checkups (as pregnancy progressed), and now sitting in the labor ward, where it took 1.5 hours to get a hamburger and the Doctor is 2 hours late (probably triple booked with other patients)
The labor ward/staff/doctors were wonderful. Weekly checkups that take over an hour to be seen? Not wonderful.
I don't know that I can recommend. The first time you wait 3 hours for something that takes 5 minutes: you'll wish you had used your insurance elsewhere. It's a shame, as they have a wonderful, caring staff.
Edit/Addition: Called in an important prescription at 9:00am on Friday. No word at 4pm, so we call again. It's too late (they were too busy) and they promise to have it 'ready for pickup' by Monday. No option to fax or send to CVS. Again, not impressed. Our experience appears to be more and more of a normal occurrence, rather than an outlier
