    Tonia Bailey specifically has very poor bedside manner, and the one time I did see her she forgot to put critical information in my chart. I informed her I was a nurse after she had dismissed the majority of my concerns. Her response... as a NURSE practitioner.. "What really is a nurse?" I was baffled. I haven't had a poor experience in healthcare until this. I would not suggest going to her!

    Wonderful customer service across all staff, attentive doctor’s that listen and address concerns, and a welcoming environment. The best Novant Health center that I have come across in North Carolina. Would recommend getting care at this location!
