- JSJenn SMar 10, 20261.0DANGER!! WARNING!! Transferred a prescription from CVS for a maintenance med I’ve been taking for a long time. Weekly dose. The new HT Pharmacist decided to change my doctor’s prescribed dosage and quantity in order to get it through insurance. Then when I called her on it, she proceeded to deny it and try to gaslight light me about it. 1, the front desk girl told me that the pharmacist changed it as a solution to get it thru insurance and 2, I was logged into the HT pharmacy website and saw the change occur in real time. I even logged back into the CVS website to confirm the original script I transferred was accurate on their side and it is. 28 day supply, 1 dose a week. What kind of pharmacist takes it upon themselves to change a script like that and then double down and blatantly lie about it. Thankfully I recorded the entire conversation and have screenshots of the website. I’ll be reporting her to the licensing board as well. Make sure you’re being vigilant about what they give you there if you go here!!

I had a major problem with a purchase and the manager, Steve, did all he could to provide calm, effective customer care (even when tensions were high mainly on my part)! I will be a forever loyal Harris Teeter customer now!
