  I went to this store and the young lady working there saw me come in and asked if I needed help. I told her no and browsed. After seeing the prices that have drastically gone up, I decided to get only the probiotic I had always gotten. When I got up to the register, the girl was there, apparently doing inventory. I stood there for what seemed like an eternity (15 mins.) and she said she would be right with me. I stood there another five mins. I had just been released from Sanger and had an MRI and stress test done on my heart. I didn’t feel my best. I realize the cashier didn’t have a clue about a lot of things, including my status and when she finally came to she blatantly said that the probiotic I chose was for children. Well, I’ve only been taking it for 20 years so I doubt that and if that is the case I hope corrupt GNC goes bankrupt!! They have lost a lifetime customer.

  I ordered several products online during the cyber Monday sale. Over two weeks later I still had not received my items. I called customer service and was told my items were still being prepared. I was then given the option of waiting for an unknown date on delivery or a refund. I was afraid that if I chose the refund and went into the store i would miss out on the deals because Cyber Monday over. That is exactly what happened, but I went into the store and explained the situation to this gentlemen, he was understanding and issued me the items at the previous sales price. This is why I drive all the way to this particular store to get my items. The customer service is like no other. Hopefully someone reads this and recognizes this young man for is understanding and professionalism.
