  Everyone from the time I walked into the office was super nice. They all made me feel like I was in the right place. Dr Genna was nice and very helpful with my problems. Her assistant was great.

  Have always had good experiences with Charlotte Dermatology and have been a patient for 20 years or so. Today I was asked to provide a credit card while checking in “for incidentals” and give them permission to make charges up to $300. Physical card had to be present, which I didn’t have. Had a debit card, but I’m not handing it over for “incidentals”- charges are not easily disputed. So, despite a long patient history, providing insurance and payment, I was unable to be seen, because I wouldn’t hand over my bank card for their further use. Disappointing.

  Receptionist was welcoming. Same day appointment for painful cyst. Nurse and assistant were kind and helpful. I am grateful that they helped me.

  Dr. Altman is easygoing and helped me relax in what can be an uncomfortable visit. His assistant Melinda is excellent. The entire staff was professional and pleasant. Make your next appointment with Charlotte Dermatology. You won’t be disappointed!
