  It’s conveniently located, but the wait time is ridiculous—especially for an urgent care. The staff are friendly; however, it’s frustrating to see staff on their phones and scrolling through Facebook while patients are waiting to be seen. I really wish there were another provider in close proximity.

  I am so upset and frustratedwith thos clinic. My sin went in for a visit. His eyes swelled up and had green stuff coming out . He also had green stuff when he blew his nose . They gave him eye drops no oral antibiotics at all. I called back and had to gi through 3 people to talk to a Dr and she would not order him a antibiotics . She wanted to be hard to deal with and niw ive gitta take him yo his regular dr tomorrow and pay another dr plus he has to miss work without pay all bc she won't call him in an antibiotics. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL . When we pay our copay and we know what our body needs, it shouldnt be this hard to get a medication you ask for . Absolutely ridiculous

  1st time ever being seen at Fast Med, they're not my regular doctor's office but they were just as thorough and very kind the entire time I was there. They answered questions fully without making me feel stupid; like some doctor's can. They have a great bedside manner about them, would definitely recommend them.

  The people at the facility were excellent! The check-in Process and the two hour wait to get insurance approved was Unacceptable!

  Walked in at 7:15 pm with my elderly mother. Had some issues signing in to kiosk and someone was quick to respond and help me past that glitch. Everyone was absolutely wonderful there. She was quickly seen, tested and diagnosed. We left at 8:20 which was 20 mins past their closing time and at no time were we made to feel rushed or like they were aggravated we came in so late. Kudos to this clinic for saving us a trip to the ER.
